I understand that life happens and you may need to cancel your appointment. If you are unable to make it, please cancel or reschedule at least 2 days before your appointment. Please call or text 682-233-2709 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All cancellations less than 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost. Similarly, if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the booked service total. I do allow a 15 min grace period, after a late fee will be applied and may result in a shortened service such as a no blow dry or even a cancellation fee and needing to reschedule.
